We currently ship orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday will not be dispatched until the following business day. Please try to bear this in mind when ordering before weekends or bank holidays. We don't want to see you juiceless.

All UK orders over £30 are sent for free using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is a next-day delivery service with a tracking number. We aim to send parcels within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We have a number of postage options designed to suit your needs. All orders are now fully tracked and tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS text.

Orders placed before 1pm are guaranteed to be in the post the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 1pm will not be collected until the following working day. Orders placed during public and Bank Holidays will be sent on the nearest possible date and may be subject to delays within the postal system.

It is the customers responsibility to provide correct and complete address details at checkout. Should incomplete or incorrect address details affect delivery time or result in non-delivery, Blackstone Labs nor our delivery partners can be held responsible.

Any dates specified for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Orders placed during Public and Bank Holidays will be sent on the nearest possible date and may be subject to delays within the postal system. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock one of our customer services team will notify you via phone or email to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.




Shipping Terms

1. When using Royal Mail 24 (First Class post) service, we will not consider your order missing or late for 10 post days. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend one of the tracked services available during checkout.

2. Orders placed after 1PM on Friday and through the weekend (including Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the next working day.

3. At certain times of year when the postal system is busier, orders may take a little longer to arrive and we ask that you wait an additional 3 post days (Mon-Sat), before contacting us.

4. If you require urgent delivery please use either the Special Delivery or Courier Delivery option when placing your order.

5. Items sent by a tracked service such as Special Delivery, Courier Delivery or Worldwide, will require a signature on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for your order.

6. Worldwide shipping is available for £9.99 but delivery times will vary depending on your location.

7. If your order hasn't arrived, you must notify us within 31 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing. 

9. All UK orders over £30 will qualify for free Royal Mail 48hr  service (standard UK Second Class post).

10. All UK orders over £50 will qualify for free Courier Delivery service.

FREE shipping is for UK orders only.

These services are next working day only and excludes highlands & islands. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles & Isle of Wight courier is a 2-5 day courier service and standard Royal Mail 24 may take slightly longer. Please check the links for more information. Saturday delivery is not available in the areas listed.

In the event of loss or non-delivery

You can track your parcel using your tracking number at Royal Mail or DPD or APC Overnight 

On infrequent occasions Next Day Delivery can be affected by operational issues with our partners and may arrive later than planned.  We cannot be held responsible for operational issues with our partner services, but will operate in line with their policies in such an event .

If your order appears lost or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us and we will contact the delivery company who will advise on the best course of action. Lost orders will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Should you be required to collect your package from the Post Office or another couriers' pick up point, this falls under your responsibility. Blackstone Labs cannot contact the Sorting Office on your behalf, arrange for redelivery on your behalf or send the order again unless the parcel has been returned to us.
