CBD E-liquid & FAQ

CBD E-liquid & FAQ

CBD is one of over a hundred naturally occurring compounds found in the hemp (cannabis) plant known as Cannabinoids. These compounds include the commonly known THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) which is the active ingredient in cannabis that gets you ‘high’. THC is still illegal in the majority of the world which is why it is removed in the process of creating CBD, leaving only the non-psychoactive substances behind. CBD vape juice is simply CBD expertly mixed with E Liquid. CBD E Liquids can simply be mixed with PG/VG to create a natural flavoured Vape Juice, or can be merged with flavourings like regular E Liquid. We take the finest CBD available and infuse it with our most delicious E Liquid flavours so it can be vaped just like regular E Liquid.

So why is our CBD so cheap?

We don’t believe in hiking prices and making as much money from our customers as possible. With CBD being so popular, the prices of the raw materials have come down. We make a LOT of CBD vape juice too, which means the price we pay for creating our CBD is reflected in the price you pay. With all these savings, we can afford to slash the prices of our CBD E Liquids and keep them on a constant sale, priced well below any of our competitors.

How Much CBD Should I Vape?

Since there are no reported negative effects from using CBD vape juice, there are no official recommendations for dosages. Realistically it’s down to the user to test and figure out what an appropriate dosage for their specific needs will be. We recommend starting with the lowest dosage and working your way up, that way you can tell which level of CBD is right for you. But there’s nothing stopping you from going in at the highest strength since it’s a non-harmful, non-toxic and non-psychoactive substance. It is important to know your natural blood/brain barrier is only able to absorb 200mg of CBD every 24 hours.

What Is Full Spectrum CBD?

Full Spectrum CBD, as it sounds, contains all of the naturally occurring compounds found in the hemp plant. The two most prevalent compounds are CBD and THC. The THC content of Full Spectrum CBD must be less than 0.3% to be considered hemp, anything above 0.3% is considered cannabis since this is when the psychoactive properties begin to have an effect.

What’s The Difference Between CBD Isolate and Distillate?

CBD Isolate contains only CBD, with all of the other compounds removed completely. This is CBD in its purest form. CBD Distillate on the other hand is Full Spectrum which means it contains all of the compounds found in the Hemp plant (minus the THC). Some users report that the added compounds have more beneficial effects, while some prefer the pure CBD Isolate. Really, it’s down to you to decide which works best for you.

CBD Vape E Liquid Benefits

Even though CBD has achieved a high profile in the UK as a health supplement, many people still confuse its effects with those associated with cannabis use. In reality, the effects of each are incredibly different. CBD does not contain any psychoactive elements and will not create a feeling of being “high” or intoxicated. When you use CBD vape E Liquid, you can expect to feel a slight improvement in mood and natural pain relief.

Many people may choose CBD E-Liquid in the UK if they already enjoy vaping, easily swapping it with their usual E-Liquid. There are many ways to enjoy CBD, but if you are already interested in vaping compared to other CBD products, there are several benefits to vaping CBD, including the following

CBD FAQ?

Can You Vape CBD Oil?

If you mean oil specifically, then the answer is no, you should never try to vape CBD oil.

The reason for this is it contains MCT oil – a product derived from coconuts which is not suitable for inhalation. In fact, research has shown that those who inhale this oil are at risk of serious health complications.

If you’re intent on vaping your CBD, you should purchase some CBD e liquid instead. Unlike CBD tinctures, these e-liquids are not oil-based and are therefore fine to use with your vape kit.

Can You Mix CBD Oil With E Liquid?

Again, due to the fact your CBD oil contains MCT oil, vaping this product should always be avoided. If vaping your CBD is your preferred method of administration, always purchase CBD e liquid.

CBD e liquid is completely safe to use with your vape device and it won’t burn, destroy your kit or pose serious health risks, unlike vaping CBD oil.

Is CBD legal in the UK?

Yes, CBD is legal in the UK as long as it is sold following guidelines and regulation designed to keep consumers safe. CBD is classed as a novel food product and can be sold legally in the UK.

How Much CBD Should I Add To Vape Juice?

None! If you have a CBD tincture (small glass bottle containing CBD oil) then this is for oral administration only. Edible CBD is not suitable for inhalation due to the fact it contains MCT oil.

In fact, when inhaled, CBD oil can cause serious health conditions such as lipoid pneumonia, a rare and potentially fatal lung disease brought on by fat collection in the lungs.

To vape your CBD, simply purchase one of our CBD e liquids which are designed especially for vaporising meaning they’re completely safe to use with your vape kit.

How Much CBD Should I Vape?

This is not an easy question to answer. The reason for that is when it comes to CBD  there’s no universal standard dose – everyone’s different.

In Terms of how much CBD vape juice you should vape, this will depend on the strength of your liquid. Obviously, if you have a bottle containing 3000mg then you won’t need to vape as much as you would if you had a bottle with 1000mg.

The best advice we can give is start off low and just gradually increase the amount you vape until you find that sweet spot.

What Is CBD E Liquid?

CBD e liquid is regular vape juice – flavoured or unflavoured – that’s infused with CBD. Unlike CBD tinctures, CBD e liquid contains no carrier oils, meaning it’s perfectly fine to vape.

As vaping CBD offers the most bio-availability, your body absorbs more of the product when you vape it. And what’s more, you’ll also get to indulge in the great taste you know and love with our e-liquid while getting your daily dose of CBD!

Does CBD Oil Have Nicotine?

Not unless you add some! All of our CBD e liquids contain zero nicotine. While some manufacturers out there may add nicotine to their CBD products, we most certainly don’t. Any CBD e liquid that contains nicotine sold by other retailers/manufacturers should say so on the bottle.

If you’d prefer some nicotine in your CBD, you could always add some with a nicotine or nic salts shot. Just be mindful of the fact you could considerably alter the taste when diluting your CBD e liquid with nicotine.

How To Vape CBD E Liquid?

Our CBD is manufactured to either a 50PG/50VG or 70PG/30VG ratio. This means the liquid is quite thin, so it’s best vaped with a plus-ohm coil at a low wattage to ensure the liquid is properly vapourised and your coil doesn’t burn out in next to no time!

Fill your tank with your CBD e-liquid and ensure the coil is properly soaked. After a few minutes, start by first drawing the vape into your mouth, before inhaling into your lungs. Hold the CBD vapour in your lungs for a few seconds to allow the CBD to be absorbed before fully exhaling the vapour.

Why has my CBD Oil Changed Colour?

Sometimes CBD oil may change colour or turn a little hazy. In most cases, this is nothing to worry about. It is not uncommon for CBD oils to change colour to shades of pink or brown; if your CBD oil has shifted to these colours, it is still safe to consume.

CBD changing colour is usually caused by a simple reaction to heat and light. For example: high-quality CBD is rich in a nutrient called polyphenol oxidase; when exposed to sunlight, the polyphenol oxidase may turn a shade of rosy pin.

Does CBD E Liquid Get You High?

No, silly! Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on which way you look at it!) CBD e liquid does not get you high. Although CBD is derived from the sativa cannabis plant, it contains only trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) which is the ingredient that gets you high.

As there is less than 0.2% THC present in CBD E-Liquid, this trace amount is not enough to provide any intoxicating or ‘high’ feeling. The psychoactive properties associated with cannabis use are separate from the health benefits CBD can provide. You can use our products at Zeal CBD without the worry of any negative effects of THC, with all products produced by manufacturers meeting strict UK legal requirements

So don’t worry about feeling woozy or intoxicated while taking CBD. You’ll be fine to drive or performa regular, everyday tasks as usual.

What Is The Difference Between Hemp Oil And CBD Oil?

Although these are both derived from plants of the same species, there are major differences between hemp oil and CBD oil. While hemp comes from the hemp plant, CBD comes from the cannabis plant, so they are actually very different products.

The main difference is hemp contains no CBD at all, so although hemp does have its own health benefits, if you’re looking to experience the benefits of CBD then this isn’t the product for you.

What is the best way to take CBD?

The best way to take CBD is what works best for you. Some people enjoy eating edible CBD products, whereas some like to vape. Why not experiment and find out your new favourite way to enjoy CBD? When it comes to CBD vape E-Liquid , some people may prefer to choose CBD vape additives  instead as then all you need to do is add this to your favourite E-Liquid that you already use.

Can you overdose on CBD?

It is highly unlikely a human could overdose on CBD, even with exceptionally high doses. Consuming too much CBD could have adverse effects on the body, but a person would have to take a huge amount of CBD for this to happen.

Does CBD E Liquid Help Anxiety?

Although we’re asked the question “does CBD e liquid help with anxiety?” a lot, unfortunately, as CBD is not a medicine, we’re unable to make any claims about its possible health benefits.

If you’re curious to learn about some of our past customers’ experiences, take a look at the reviews on our CBD e liquid listings.

How long will a bottle of CBD E-Liquid last?

This will depend on your vaping style and how often you like to vape throughout the day. If you are someone that regularly uses a vaping device, you may use more E-Liquid than the average person. Also, some users like to have bigger plumes of smoke which will mean using more E-Liquid, so working out how you like to vape will determine how long a bottle may last you. If you are vaping for the first time, a smaller bottle size to begin with will help you see how long it lasts before purchasing more of a flavour you like.

Does CBD Vape Relax You?

Again, we are hesitant to offer any promises for what effects your CBD will have. But for an idea of what you can expect when you purchase your CBD e liquid from us, take a look at what our previous customers are saying in our reviews.

Is CBD E Liquid Harmful?

CBD is completely safe when used properly. As we’ve already touched on, if you try to vape CBD oil then you may be at risk of health complications as this product is not supposed to be vaped.

However taking CBD oil orally or vaping CBD e liquid is completely safe – even at considerably higher doses than usual (although we wouldn’t recommend vaping any product excessively).
